So being pretty much in isolation here today i was reviewing some stocks i own and began reading more about WAR..
I see they closed the PP at 1.17MM$ after having left it open for another entire week and only gained another 10k$ !! not much interest i'd say.
BUT i figured i would look and see what the money is to be used for and there is NOTHING on their website that tells us much of anything..
In fact this is the lac lucklustre explanation provided in the Dec.18 NR RE:
"The proceeds from the sale of the HD units will be utilized by the company for working capital and general corporate purposes and the proceeds from the sale of the FT and charity FT units will be used by the company to incur eligible Canadian exploration expenses that will qualify as flow-through mining expenditures as such terms are defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) related to the company's Goodfish-Kirana property located in Kirkland Lake, Ont."
---AND i am thinking WHAT???? That is IT???

I expected to read they would be agressively persuing more definition infill drilling or some exploratory drilling... SOMETHING of significance... ANYTHING to generate some excitement for investors..
SO, just going by what i have been able to dig up, all i can see is that Daniele is most DEFINATELY not cut out for the CEO position.. NO WAY She is unlearned in this position by all accounts that i can see.
I know that the land package is great but without investor guidance in place to reveal future plans and the lack of promotion will keep this company down indefinately.
It is time for someone to come into the CEO position that knows how to run a promote a jr. mining company.. someone with a proven track record and take over and do it right!
I read back on the board for awhile and see you were basically the only one expressing this concern.. but you are 100% right..! for sure!
