The 8,895,078 patent (2014) claims included the step of reducing the temperature and/or pressure to separate the cannabinoids from the CO2 but the 2014 application did not. Six years and 7 amendments later the reducing step was put back in to the 10,870,632 patent. Canopy’s idiot lawyers should refund most of their fees charged on this case.
