bmo 1212 had a great summary.

I have never understood price targets for selling. The decision depends on the alternatives you have, and the future prospects for the company you are holding.  Aribtrary price targets are for traders. Selling half and holding what people call free shares is a cognitive illusion. What matters is your total portfolio return, not whether you are ahead or net costless on one stock. 

I personally am going to trim some GRN and buy a bit more XBC for the forthcoming uplist, and some better recognition of the new Germany company purchase.
