Canopy is opportunistic and greedy

Canopy is opportunistic and greedyCo. should focus on selling product.

It can be argued that infringing an extraction patent simply makes the input costs of an finished product a bit cheaper and the patent holder is entitled at most to the savings in production costs and not a share of  sales of the finished product.  As drugs have large markups the inputs costs are likely to be a small fraction of the selling price.
