Respectfully DISAGREE on the ignore thing. Yes I have ignored one or two (specifically the old guy who writes the same post about his TA prowess EVERY post, OldFox?). However, just as I am with politics, I actually VALUE the thoughts and opinions of those who disagree with me, as it challenges me to understand WHY I think they are wrong. Take that Doc Copper guy - if the facts and opinions he proffers are true, then yes Houston we have an issue. However, he has been shown to be wrong. You might say that YOU did not need that education - but are you not supportive of those around here who need further education, especially newbies like me? The way that happens is the Socratic Method - active confrontation and engagement. With Freedom of Speech we have to be tolerant of a little bit of stupidity along the way in order to enjoy stimulative conversation - I guess it's a matter of where one draws the line. Of course, I am also open to folks who have been around here longer then me who can point out the destructive nature of certain commenters - please feel free to do so.
