Many people took profit and some shorted QSC

Many people took profit and some shorted QSC

I guess people, playing short on QSC, and people sold in the last few weeks taking a profit. Most probably thought buying back on the dip should be waking up early morning to watch tomorrow unfold. https://shortdata.ca/stock/QSC.CN/

Collection sites are starting this week to install another 63 testing sites. By the mid-end of January, a total of 108 testing sites should be up and running.

I think it is about time for the QuestCap management to notch up adverting collection sites. The best way to do this is to start issuing press releases nationally with eye-catching headlines. So, local news media pick up those stories and collection sites get free advertising.

Once, adverting start collection sites can attract many more clients. Even with 94 tests per site per day, can be 108x94=10152 tests performed per day. These tests can generate 10152x$95=USD 964,440 and with 1.29 exchange rate $964,440x1.29=$1,244,127 per day. It adds up to over $37 million per month. Once we use the projected EBTIDA of 55%, it gives us over $20 million in profit per month.

Sooner or later, real long-term investors, going to realize this and start buying and holding. Once people realize a one-month profit with a P/E Ratio of 5 is a lot more compare to the current market cap. At that point, the QSC stock price should correct itself.
