RE:THRM to Nasdaq ????

RE:THRM to Nasdaq ????

Raven, it's a gut feeling for me. Berswicki is a NY guy and is repping stocks on Nasdaq. In order to get big money they need to list on Nasdaq but the stock needs to get up to $4 bid US to qualify. So here is what might happen. They will plan to get the stock to a $1.50 bid by Apr. and maintain. Then do a reverse split  at 4:1 to get the price to that requirement and lower the outstanding shares to make the stock stronger. List and then get US money funding futire products. Just a theory, but I've seen this happen a few times now.
