another question I have is how the BOD of SOP got duped into a contract by a shell company?
there is a money trail somewhere IMO

99% sure this shell company VGLS is just another pump and dump scam on the OTC. Ill be shocked if VGLS comes up with the funds to pull off all the deal they are propsing.
