Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:New Bull Market Wave for Cannabis Stocks

RE:RE:New Bull Market Wave for Cannabis Stocks The roll out will be slow and look for them to take more of a Canadian approch. I think what you will see is regulation of the industry not a free for all.

I see the federal Gov handing out Federal licences but slowly and deliberatly.  This slows the growth and contians the market while they figure out the long term plan.  That being saif the larger MSO will get the ticket first as they can supply larger area quicker.

The regulations they put on the product for purity is what may cause headaches for out door growers.  I agree that ou door is way cheaper and my self I like my out door plants much better.  How ever any out door grow needs to be in an area isolated from and other farming activity.  Other wise you risk pesticide contamination which would most likely be denied acess to the market.

You mention California but I think realistically you need ot look furthar south for where the real supply of cheap product will come from.  Mexico is about to open up the market and would produce at a fraction of what California could.

Blackbear wrote: Savage, your comment on the MSO's ending up with worthless or obsolete  assets is what bothers be about if the Dems do take the senate and federally legalize pot....you can grow as much pot on the west coast to supply the USA market  for such a low cost......what good is millions of dollars of investment in indoor grow ops ?.....companies like Cura and Cresco would be in trouble imho
