RE:RE:RE:RE:The mergerThat's right Bud! The big problem really is Tilphria having more US Revenue than 99% of the MSO out there and they don't even sell flower yet...That's cheating! That's the problem with these mergers, they create all these problems so that just the CEOs get rich! BudFoxx2020 wrote: Great post Thegrapeone. This deal absolutely stinks, I even explained why and said it will drop to $8. The clueless kids in here keep pumping that this is great for the long term, APHA will be the biggest player, blah, blah, blah. That is not a given, there is too many unkown factors that can happen. Tilray was a company that was failing bad, there is absolutely no benefit in this deal for APHA at all. This is not an argument, this is a fact. Look at APHA sp now, the markets knows and the markets never lies and APHA shareholders are gettting shafted again. This deal should not have happened, the only reason for it and I already posted it is, Management probably got offered a huge incentive to make it happen so Privateer and Tilray insiders can bail on the back of APHA shareholders. If earnings even miss expection by a little, there will be more pain coming for APHA shareholders. And on top of that if Tilray earnnigs stinks, which it will, its a double whammy for APHA. I am not here to bash just poiting my opinion. Better hope everything goes well on Jan 6, otherwise..... Good luck.
