Yet! because of the atomic composition of lithium and Silicon and the number of electrons that can be exchanged during the charging and discharging cycles.... The theoretical increase in capacity is by a factor of 10. To have achieved an increase in capacity of 3 to 4 at this early juncture is still pretty incredible.

30% is still a huge (!!) step in battery density and there would also be a good gain in charge/discharge rates, so faster charges and more power to the drivetrain when needed.
