RE:Research?Two reasons I can think of:
- some angle related to intellectual property, namely the technical reporting can give or illicit information that could possibly eod their lead market advantage
- some angle related to fast changing specifications and modifications related to customer feedback, making some of the technical reporting out of date etc...Also the state of the art science is also changing fast. These guys want to focus on selling a product that works "good enough " for customers requirements, not presenting and answering questions about the science like they have time for that
