So, I get a promotional offer of 0% interest with a 1 % transfer fee and then get 19.99 % slapped on the 1 % balance transfer? Sort of like a double dip here no? And all wondering how these guys do not not make money? Shame on you CIBC, no ohter bank that I have dealt with has pulled off this stunt...
