Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy projects in Latin America. Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

I think there are plenty of legitimate explanations, but there is a history of large unexplained moves that causes PIF to be perceived as a "leaky" stock once there's news...and causes exaggerated movement on the assumption there is news Wonder if there's anything behind a 6.2% drop today when peers are up ~1.5%, other than the general volatility of the stock
