A Challenge

A Challenge

Cooking on a vegan diet may be a challenge at first, but there are lots of creative ways to use vegan substitutes. You could use tofu in place of meat in stir-fries and casseroles, and use extra virgin olive oil instead of butter. Also likes to replace dairy cheese with cashew cheese made by soaking and pureeing cashews with some seasonings.

A vegan diet is much more stringent than flexitarian eating, or even vegetarianism. In fact, a vegan diet is 100% plant-based, meaning it's devoid of all animal foods. Please check the disclaimer link on my profile!
