RE:Company History

RE:Company History Hey some of the wording in NRs concerning the recovering of the trial data has me thinking they are legally obligated to be unable to look at it until 3rd party has analyzed? Not sure if this is the case to protect the integrity of the trial or if they are able to look at it. It would just really suck to get blindsided by worse than expected data after all this time. Any info is appreciated.
