Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

everything you state is accurate and is also there for anyone to see what is right in front of your nose. What you are preaching is sound investing principals and there us nothing wrong with that. Speculation is an entirely different beast and the opportunity that may bring if done early in the game...and that IMO is where the MJ sector is. On another note if just about every MJ play is tanking its just plain nonsense to explain it as a bad deal on APHA. On every board someone is trying to explain why their stock is tanking as if theirs is the only one tanking. Whether or not you like the deal is irrelevant and there are not enough people on this board to ingluence to make a difference in the outcome of this deal. There is nothing wrong with DD and informed investing, nor is there anything wrong with speculation. These companies are run by boards and have fiduciary responsibilities to account too and for, I am simply trying to point out perhaps what is less obvious that there may be something more to the big picture here than this deal in front of your nose. We don't have to ride the same train to get to the same destination.
