Not saying there was a little conspiracy in the U.S. courts but when the first presiding judge made a few statements that appeared to be favouring the small Canadian company he was immediately removed and replaced with a judge who appeared to have a real chip on his shoulder against same small Canadian company. End result -- all judgements favoured big rich American company - regardless of the fact that VMWare may have infringed.


sure looks like VMWARE got the best Court decision that "money can buy"....
