Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. is a precious metal and battery metals junior mining company. The Company's business activities are the acquisition, evaluation, exploration and development of mineral properties. Its projects include Castle Silver Mine Project, Castle East Property, Beaver Property and Eby-Otto Property. The Castle Silver Mine Project is located in the Haultain and Nicol townships of Ontario. It holds a 100% interest in the Beaver and Violet cobalt and silver properties located in the township of Coleman, in northern Ontario. The Eby-Otto Property is a prospective land package of approximately 1,000 hectares in the Kirkland Lake Gold camp located on the prolific Larder Lake Cadillac Break. It also has over 14 battery metals properties in Northern Quebec where it has completed a nearly 16,000-metre drill program on the Graal property and two 1,000- hectare Eby-Otto gold property close to Agnico Eagle's Macassa Mine near Kirkland Lake.

I'm still doing my research. The issue I have is they need lots of cash or a company like Franco Nevada or other large streaming corporation to fund further exploration if warranted. $25 million would help.

I just don't expect that to happen unless they can show a solid proven resource. This won't be cheap and they need a firm amount of proven 43-101 resource not just inferred. It looks good on cores and the process they have in the lab sounds intriguing but I find little information on it other then the SGS lab testing which say it is viable, but on what scale is yet to be proven in operation or perhaps a contract basses. They need cash and that's the bottom line the approximately 6 million in the pot will dry up next year so look for a share offering with flow through. Nothing wrong with that although some see dilution but to get to producing from the Castle Mine site and using their lab facility would go a long way to attract deep pockets for funding.

I'll keep this on my watchlist for a future share stock offering. Q-4 should be out in the coming weeks? Just my take on it and Best Regards!
