lscfa: If you don't own shares, you're wasting your time here.  If you do own shares, then just pretend Reliq has 200M shares outstanding and then sit back and watch the story unfold.  It seems you're sitting at home with some kind of dilution grudge match going on.  I know, it all started in your head when the company said a while ago they wouldn't do a financing, but you could just let it go...
