RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PEA vs. NI 43-101Nobodysfuel,

Once the Jarandol basin has more drilling completed, the results will confirm the property has a large quantity of borates present. It has been known for years through research projects completed by the Mining Institute of Serbia university mining students have confirmed there is borates present in the Jarandol basin. This fact is documented in their published papers, check it out.

With regards to % ownership that Kop could be awarded, all we can go by is what the facts are in the News release, and it does not specify % ownership by said parties in the Release.

IMO, this topic will be addressed in the next News release before commencement of drilling the basin. The third party who will pay for the drilling of the basin would be our potential partner now, or there would be another partner who comes into the mix.

One Company that come to mind would be Italian Company SCL, as they were the first Company to ink a LOI years ago and SCL was prepared to pay for construction of a boric acid plantsite at Piskanja. SCL has been around for 200+ years and needs a new supply of borates, as their inventory has been depleted. SCL presently buys from the Turks and they are paying too much for their colemanite boron purchases. Piskanja has the identical colemanite product for sale at Piskanja and ours is much more purer with less arsenic content. IMO, SCL will be one of the upcoming contracts that gets announced.
Stay tuned as there will be several boron purchasing contracts announced for the long term. This topic was mentioned at our recent cc, that contract announcements would be forth coming.

Happy New Year to all Shareholders for 2021!
