RE:Epic changes in society due to covid

RE:Epic changes in society due to covidWith the vaccine rollout, seniors facilities will become safer than staying at home. The sector is also adapting to the current conditions (for visits/leads), so I expect improvements in the 2nd half of 2021.

The CEO of IVQ just said recently he believes the industry is at its bottom and will be stronger going forward, which I agree with.

While the current environment has hit occupancy, it has also lowered the number of new facilities being built. With an aging population (both as a group and with longer life expectancy in more "normal" times), the need for seniors facilities will increase back at some point.
