RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:1200 TPD Fredfudpucker00,
I think Harte would probably have access to debt from the same sources as before.
The question is, at what cost in terms of dilution to shareholders/ Interest payments and time frame.
I guess that our existing creditors would not want to be diluted by some other Institution at our current SP.
If we show real progress in the coming months, then the SP will appreciate and borrowing could be done at more favourable conditions.
There are many highly leveraged companies on the TSX that looked as dead as a Dodo but miracularisly recovered, sometimes due to operational improvements or lets face it, on the back of a Precious metals rally.
I expect PGMs to do very well in this Economic climate, so that is why I think the odds are in favour with my investment in Harte Gold.
Remember, all those exploration companies that do not even have cash flow. If they can borrow money from the market then it goes without saying we can compete with them for finance if we can demonstrate our strengths to the market.
The most recent presentation states:
"Senior BNP Debt Discussions underway on re-sculping debt".
