RE:QuestionI'm not sure what your source is for the public float and the definition may not be consistent with other sources. JOG capital, a private equity fund, owns about 50 million shares which qualifies as an insider with over 10% of shares. The balance must be management. I would argue the securities act definition of an insider can differ from reality. In reality JOG is a very large shareholder but their shares are for sale like everyone else. It's subject to price.
