The Company also provides equipment hosting services to customers worldwide, for which services the Company receives hosting fees, as well as sells miners to customers. The Company operates data centers in the United States and Canada. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include CryptoStar Holdings Inc., CryptoStar USA, Inc., and Neuro Digital Inc.

My guess on what is happening is management is flipping the $.075 warrants from the last PP. I think the next news should be $1.5 million more in their coffer. Today sure looks like the days the price was stuck at .05-.055 just before they closed the PP.
