What is Shareholder benefit in new VST listings?

What is Shareholder benefit in new VST listings?I have heard many times from Shafin talked about Dividend or reinvest on behalf of VST share holders, I wonder what is our benefit in all upcoming spin-off new portfolio companies? Would we get a number of shares, based on howmany shares we are hold of VST, of new listing or what else cenario here for us? Thanks for your responses
