one day to go
one day to goWill barrick build the mine?
Will Barrick let it go?
Will PAAS acquired it with Lagunas Norte?
If ABX build the mine, another few years of waiting ahead but 2% royalty+ 30% free carry, at this gold price, the net income could be 50m USD+ on ORO part, assume 200k oz production, 800usd net profit per oz.
If Barrick let it go, ORO owns 100% 3.2m oz M+I close to a major mine, good infrastucture. at current price, we are at about 23 CAD/ OZ. cheap but need strong management team to deliver the value.
If PAAS acquired it with Lagunas Norte, it does make the most sense, After acquring Tahoe, PAAS has a lot of gold operation in Peru and it's alos a major shareholder of ORO. a 36% premium at 4 dollars will convince most of investors plus PAAS will have a major mine with 400k + annual production minimum 10 year mining life. if issuing shares, only about 1% dilution to PAAS.
anyway, ORO shareholders should do fine no matter what news comes out. Finger crossed.
