Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Although a low volume dayVentura: allowances for not being as analytical as you... I'm trying to wrap my head around your latest post stating that you re holding apha on the US side NASDAQ rather than TSX. With apha being interlisted, the SP btw the two stock exchanges always correlates. Apha / Tilray spread has been fluctuating btw 18-22% but at the end of the day Apha SH will still get .838:1 TLRY should the acquisition go through making the daily spread between the two rather inconsequential (assuming your holding until the deal is finalized.) What benefits do you see holding apha on the US side rather than TSX?

cheers,
Marts
