RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Extreme confidence cracking / expansion issues resolved I sure hope that there isn;t a buyout... What a dissappointmentthat would be!
As both Bernard Tourilion and Peter Pascali have sateted that they have only done things in a way that could be scaled commercially....... So that means the only reason to be bought out would be that there was no way to stop a buyout......
Pyrogenesis basically provided HPQ with a buyout poison pill when they arranged with HPQ the 50/50 agreement regarding HPQ Nano subsidiary........So, Pyrogenesis is already a large shareholder of HPQ, and if they take on HPQ nano to the tune of 50%, and somebody buys out HPQ Silicon available shares, but not Pyrogenesis' shares, then Pyrogenesis becomes majority say regarding HPQ Nano..... HPQ Silicon without control over HPQ Nano, in my mind, at this place and time, is essentially not worth anybody "buying out" under those conditions.......
So the key to any buyout becomes Pyrogenesis, and I STRONGLY doubt that they have any desire to sell out of HPQ Silicon, and also sell their position with HPQ Nano. I really don;t see it happening.
As for Bernard hinting at it and joking about it, absolutely, he needs Pyrogenesis and co to realize how much of a possibility it is.... That's what I gathered.
In the end, I believe, and hope, that we are completely protected from a buyout. I am not here for just 3 or 4 more bags, I am here for the LONG haul.
Cheers!

I also think the buyout route will be taken. Imagine these big worldwide companies receiving shipment of HPQ samples and seeing first hand what they're dealing with. What's left for them to do.....?

On the flip side, $3 Billion buyout should be realistic, however share price may have a better chance for appreciation without a buyout.
I asked Bernard about a buyout on a webinar, he just smiled.
He smiled for good reason :)
If we get into a scenario with multiple suitors and bids....buyout could get very very interesting.
Disruptive tech with vast array of applications..this could very well be the Golden Goose that can make world headlines one day....hopefully very soon :)
