someone    followed    your   advice    as  up    260%    today  .   Perhaps    year    end   window  dressing    for   those    who   want    a  high  valuation  for    year end?   I   noticed    they  cashed    out    some  mutual    funds    and    parked    the  money   in  short   term  paper.
