The members/posters/readers of this board hold over 30% of the total shares issued in this company, IIRC. I personally own over 10% as much as Gilles (ignoring options he holds). That level of ownership merits some degree of explanatory disclosure.

Here is the ugly scenario we do not want to see: we hear nothing more at all, stonewalling until the next time they have to make some kind of statement. Many of us highly invested, long term shareholders give up and start steady selling. My guess is the price would not maintain even .35 .

Then everyone is in deep shite. No one can get out and no one is interested in getting in.

All this could be avoided with some sensible explanations and more importantly some clearer statements on progress that reflect real events that actually occur.
