RE:RE:RE:RE:Hmmm?

RE:RE:RE:RE:Hmmm? BOD's of public companies always get compensation... salaries and stock options for their participation.

Speculating: Since Edgewater has no money, the BOD isn't getting paid. The two that stepped away probably did so with their pride and reputation as reasons. Those that are staying are doing so because they aren't doing anything but waiting, and lending their barely visible names to a barely visible stock, and obviously don't mind not being compensated for now. Who knows how many BOD positions one can accumulate, like collecting stamps? So what's the upside for them? BOD's always seem to land on their feet while retail traders take all the risks and get pummeled.

The house always wins.
