RE:RE:RE:Follow the NRs & See Where it Leads So John let's just be happy. Maybe I've had too much wine ;).
comments are not meant to be misleading. From the press release "distributors will be required to maintain a minimum of 250-unit sales per annum to retain non-exclusivity and distributor pricing"
"The Company's internal goal is to have 30 regional distributors established by the end of Q1 2021."
Companies would not sign this distribution agreement with that term of 250 per annum to retain their distributor pricing. They would negotiate it out of the agreement if they didn't think they can hit that number or go elsewhere. That's all I'm saying.
They are at 5 now plus one non-exclusive. As they sign up more over the next 90 days, then for me, this 12,500 becomes realized for me and my confidence level goes up of getting to that annual number. Sure some may not get to 250 and only get to 200 and may lose their rights or renegotiate their term the folllowing year but some will get to 500. If we just assume they all get to the 250 threshold, we are golden.
so as the distributors get signed up over the next 90 days and we get closer and closer to 30, this looks ever so rosy from an investment standpoint.
anyhow signing out for the night!
