RE:Was this new $1 million loan to NMC "Arms Length"?You aren't wrong here! This is all back door done without care or consideration to minority share holders. I haven't seen anything this bad since White Tiger gold (Russian paper stock) bought Century Mining (CMM.V) back 9 years ago.
