I think you hit the nail on the head here. Run it into bankruptcy and buy the remaining shares for pennies and own 100% of her business again. Shrude move but makes sense. Now she and her private lender will be lean holders on the assets too and pretty much be paid to take the assets off the bag holders hands.

This will dump large in the coming weeks. I will be finally cutting my losses next week ‍ I should've sold when it was in this price range a couple years ago. GLTA

FYI S7 if you have crypto on most exchanges they allow you to loan out assets at rates as high as this. I'm currently loaning out USDT at 0.09% per day. GLTY
