Can and will are two different things, let's just say I been told this from a most reliable source and that should be enough for you.
As for three weeks I have no idea what you are talking about, how about you go back and check how long it took from the commencement of the drillingprep.-work on Coho and Casca-1 until the final tests came out and how long is it since the Chinook spud ? Still no test results, right.
