RE:RE:RE:Roger buying big .16 to .17 !Personally, I think the discount ( or premium) to NAV is influenced by many factors, including:

- degree of promotion
- earnings history
- consistency of earnings
- dividend 
- whether the sector of focus is currently in favour, or not 
- etc.
