Scarlet the $535 loan guarantee for Solyndra was signed in March 2009 under the Obama Admin...at ant rate the Gov has added somewhere in the vacinity of $6 trillion to debt with small businesses closing their shops. The result will be a great deppression so where will the gov have the money to fund every priority? I think defence is likely to get get a big haircut especially with the likes of Sanders, OAC and other hard lefties pushing for less defence and more social prpgrams.
