RE:BAD NEWS HPQ FILES PROVISIONAL PATENT APPLICATION FOR SILICON......
The patent application appears to be fair in Canada.
So any company in USA, Asia, Europe, Australia ... etc will copy the HPQ Patent which is protected only in Canada.
To protect a patent you have to apply in all industrialized countries. A serious company will protect itself if the discovery is really good and goes Patented in several countries.
Example if Toyota, BMW, Honda ... etc copies the patent of HPQ of Canada, THE PRICE OF THE SHARE OF HPQ WILL FALL. This is probably why there has been a lot of selling of Insider action ever since. On the TSX it is written over 5,000,000 sales of Insiders shares sold is HUGE for a small company.

It's a lot to see 5 million shares sold by Insiders in 6 months is huge for a small company, looking at other companies very rare to see so many shares sold.
Watch Air Canada it's been going bad for 6 months and it hasn't sold 5 million shares of Insiders.
Moreover their Patent is not good if it is correct in Canada, because in Europe, Asia, United States ... etc will reproduce what HPQ produces.
Regarding the anode, it is 80% Graphite with 20% Silicon.
100% Silicon Anode becomes unstable.
Remember there are often stories like NMX Nemaska Lithium a lot of investors lose a lot of money.
I wish you well I only tell the truth that I find on the internet this is public and LEGAL. When a company is listed on the stock exchange it accepts and must give full information to investors.
