Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Time for a reverse splitCompanies like this get bought up. The price is being held back I'm pretty sure they don't want it to run up. If 3 customers generate 90% of their revenue, with the margins they have it only makes sense for this to reverse split and go private/ be bought by a company that photon supplies equipment to. 200M market cap with 50m cash.... photon revenue is probably gonna be around 60-70M for the year it makes zero sense for this to stay public. It'll probably get bought out for like 3 dollars. Instead of those companies paying 70M for their sensors they could buy the whole company for the same price of paying for 2 years worth of product ....no brainer.
