RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting news todaystockguru , yes everything is in place but don't get mixed up with the smelter .. i happened to work in the Timmins smelter for 27 years before they tore it down and the property is now vacant of infrastructure and owned by Glencore..Glencore still has an existing concentrator with over 10 ball and rod mills and floatation systems working and producing copper from the Kidd minesite wich is 10 klm from Crawford deposit...now the smelter you are refering about is for Noront ' Ring of Fire project and strictly for there 100 year chromite project, there initial nickel, copper cobalt ,paladium project will be shipped to Sudbury and ran through there smelter owned by Glencore or Vale.. p.s. this stock is a must if you don't own it... , Timmins and Sault ST-Marie were the two last candidates and Sault won...Now the reason our mayor is stipulating we will still get the smelter is because they are putting a smelter beside lake superior and he feels it will not get the enviromental permits beign a mining CEO himself in the past would know about permitting...I'n my smelter days we had a free paint job on our vehichles yearly due to the So2 (sulphur) emissions from the stacks..hope this clarifies the smelter issues..but don't get me wrong that land package that is now cleared hosted a smelter, feed preperation building, auxilary plant, copper refinery, zinc plant, roasters, indium plant ,therefore would allow for a Noront smelter and a Glencore -CNC battery plant lol...glta
