I would suggest there are at least three reasons why the discount to NAV/ SH will decrease substantially in the next two quarters. 


1. sector performance in Q4 2020
cannabis stocks up 40-60%

2. QCA portfolio performance and liquidity events in Q4 and Q1 

3. Stringing back to back Qtrs of high growth ( income) will attract more buyers. 


non current shareholders are not paying attention, but will once Q4 and Q1 are reported on. 


Rogers job is to highlight any such growth to the investment community
