The only people who be court martialed will be those who have decided to go along with Trump in his sedition. If you think the military is with him you are sadly mis-informed and that makes a lot of sense based on your Parler understanding of US Law. Let them debate for a couple of hours, who cares, it won't change the outcome of the most secure election in US history. Electoral college votes have already been cast, they can't be changed. The only thing they are going to do is ratify that vote. The Dems hold control of Congress and Trump holds Zero cards. Not to mention he just committed serious election tampering crimes in Georgia last night.

Fun fact people lose elections that's what happens in democracy.  Not sure why Trump and his cult have trouble with this basic understanding of democracy. Unless of course you want to turn the US into a fascist autocracy? In which case there will be a civil war and it will most defintely end very badly for Trump supporters. Is that what you want because that's where you're going?

Fact is, there will be a 12 hour debate (2 hours for each contested state) in each chamber of Congress.  Facts and evidence will be provided to the congressmen (and the U.S. populace who cares to watch i.e. CSpan, etc.) who will then vote their conscience regarding allowing fraud in our elections.

Outcome #1:  enough congressmen will stand up and reject the fraud, thereby tossing the vote for President to the House, where the vote is by state delegation.  Since the GOP controls 60% of the delgation by state, Trump wins.

Outcome #2:  not enough congressmen stand up to protect truth and the republic and then Trump is left with no other option than to declare the Insurrection Act (not martial law).  Treasonous actors will be rounded up and actual fair trials can be held via court martial.  In the interim, Biden will either concede or capitulate.  In either case, Trump will serve a second term.

Trump holds the trump card.  He is the Commander in Chief.  His primary objective entails protecting the republic against all enemies both foreign and domestic.

PS  The Trump team already holds enough evidence to prevail in a court martial scenario.  Individuals such as CIA director Gina Haspel (being held at Gitmo) will sing like canaries.  But, you don't have to believe me.  Just wait, watch and see what happens......
