Let me explain.......HIVEThe stock will not cross $3 untill the Debenture Financing is closed.   The securities board will not approve the financing if the stock is sitting at say $3.50...so for now enjoy the trading cycle....after they close the financing we will be trading at $3.50 to $4.50 as USGLOBAL will be buying this company like crazy to get if well over $3.
