thank you so much for your calm response it is very sweet. I knew Obama signed the agreement but I believe if I am not mistaken President Bush was instrumental in getting things done. It unfortunately did not turn out well with the best of intentions but the thing is that people think because Republicans are in favor of oil and gas that they will totally kill the alternative energy options. Not quite so, they just won't put as much into it as the Democrats and the same is with military and defence Republicans more Democrats considerably less. 

I am honestly not concerned about this stock there is something going on as I said. You won't be looking to open up a higher tier on the otc if there wasn't something happening here. One poster is limiting this to the first two weeks that is a huge mistake if it is a simply capitulate dump shares without an otherwise more strategic trading move in mind. Nevertheless, things take time to see through and the company is continuing to lay the foundations for them.

For me I am following a strong hold and will see where things go. Not likely to either buy or sell but I don't know for sure as things are very organic in how I am doing things. It will not make sense to many people and I will need to take the losses one step back two forward.
