Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. I would really like to understand why this is happening. We can clearly see something isn't "right" but I fail to understand why. It is clear Spectral isn't doing a good job - the question is whether it is on purpose or not. Both Baxter and Toray are for-profit enterprises, yet they don't seem to care about direct profits from their relationship with Spectral.
