Only raw voting totals used in analysis, Only in Biden's favor, only in specific battleground states. Within those states only in counties controlled by historically problematic political machines. This is a statistical law that gets more sound as the numbers go up. In the case of this election the only times it was violated were in the handful of counties that Biden needed to win, and where he was at one point very much behind. These counties handed him the electoral college. The odds of him winning all of these counties, the way he did, with this law broken or shattered in each case, is astronomical.
I can see why Trump supporters would be sceptical of this election result.
