If I recall correctly, he was a major shareholder in one of the U.S. operations they bought many, many years ago. He received a subsantial number of shares at the time, however, just like the rest of us, he's been diluted down over the years. He might have been adding to his position over the years through share offerrings, but as far as I can calculate, he's taken a beating for a long time.
