it's all the warrants being exercised. Warrants get turned into shares, so they are raising cash
+ $7 million and cleaning up the share overhang, but it's dilutive. I imagine market cap has actually stayed the same or went up a bit recently. They needed the cash one way (warrants) or the other (PP).
