RE:LOOKING GOOD.Again we see sellers undercutting each other and driving down what appears to be an open bid this morning.. Guess they don't realize the true value here unfortunately for them. If they were smart they would pull their offers to sell and enjoy a better returns by selling at higher prices in the next day or two ..... IMHO
